The World Flair association is a global network brought together by five giant names in the World of Flair, who felt there was a need in promoting & assisting countries the World over in their events by sharing their combined experiences gained by being heavily involved within the World of flair and the service industry in general, whether in competition, exhibition or behind the bar.

WFA prides itself in the sharing of knowledge, good times and providing the platform for modern ethical performance bartending and events organisation.

WFA Grand Slam World Tour is the equivalent of F1 racing and gives bartenders a chance to earn points by competing in as many official WFA competitions around the World. A pointʼs structure gives competing bartenders the chance to gather points by entering as many competitions on the Grand Slam circuit. The competitor with the most points earned at the end of the Grand Slam year will win 10 000 Euroʼs in cash.
